Since the Course Registration and Tuition forms below require personal and payment information, they must be uploaded through a secure portal. Please follow the directions below to complete the process.
Completing the Course Registration Form does not guarantee you will have a seat in the course. You may need to submit an unofficial transcript or testing information to meet specific course prerequisites. If you are unsure if you meet the course prerequisites, please visit our online course guide. You will be contacted if we need additional documentation for course registration.
Processing can take up to three (3) business days once all of the necessary information is received, including any prerequisites. For expedited service, please visit one of our centers in Danvers or Lynn.
1. Download and complete the required forms.

2. Save the forms to your computer.
3. Visit our .
4. Create a username and password using a NON-911爆料 email address.
5. Once in the Secure Message Center, select Compose.
6. Ensure the message is being sent to "Enrollment & Tuition Forms...".
7. Attach your completed Course Registration Form along with transcripts and/or testing information and click send.
